Check In and Check Out
Properties are available from 16:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Children
Children are very welcome at Hafannedd and our small library has a large section devoted to children’s books. The grounds have several hundred yards of river frontage, high walls, a pond and gardens that includes rough areas; the car park and driveway can also become busy at times. For these reasons we do ask that children are supervised when in the grounds, as we want to prevent any unforeseen accidents. We would also advise that children are supervised when using the computer.
Pets
Pets may be accepted by arrangement on a case-by-case basis; please contact us for information. We ask that dogs be kept on a lead when outside the property and that any mess is cleared up immediately. See the links page for details of Celyn Kennels, where you can arrange local boarding for your dog if you prefer.
Smoking
All accommodation is non-smoking. Bins are provided outside for disposing of cigarette ends.
General Points

Please let us know immediately if damages occur. Please inform us straight away if you have any problems so that we can act to put things right. Excessive noise or other nuisance, causing disturbance to other guests or neighbours is unacceptable and may result in termination of the booking. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all aspects of the property remain as advertised we cannot accept liability for items beyond our control. |
