The Good to Go logo from Visit Britain means that Hafannedd has followed government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, has a risk assessment in place and a process to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.

Opening 2021

We are open from 15 April 2021.  

Revised Cleaning Protocol

As well as our normal cleaning we have added a disinfecting process which covers not only touchpoints but all crockery, cutlery, kitchenware but also duvets, pillows and mattresses.

Information Requirement

We need full contact details – street address, email address, phone number – for the lead member of your party and also a list of the names and phone numbers of the others in the party.  This is to assist contact tracing if ever needed.

Cancellations

If any member of your party shows symptoms of COVID19 between making the booking and travelling, or your area goes into lockdown,  please cancel your booking.  We shall make a full refund of all payments made directly to us up to 24 hours before the start of your visit.  If you have made a booking through Tripadvisor or Airbnb, you must cancel through them and request a refund from them.  

Illness at Hafannedd

If any member of your party shows symptoms of COVID19 on arrival at Hafannedd your party will be not be admitted to the accommodation.

Guests showing signs of a COVID19 whilst at Hafannedd are required to let us know and to leave immediately, go home and self-isolate.

Arrival and Departure Times

Check in time is between 5:30pm and 9:00pm, and check out by 9:30am.
