Our Covid Code - Keeping Guests Safe

Because of the coronavirus pandemic we have had to make significant changes to the way in which we operate at Hafannedd in order to keep our guests, and ourselves, safe from infection.

Revised Cleaning Protocol

As well as our normal cleaning we have added a disinfecting process which covers not only touchpoints but all crockery, cutlery, kitchenware but also duvets, pillows and mattresses.

Information Requirement

We need full contact details – street address, email address, phone number – for the lead member of your party and also a list of the names of the others in the party.  This is to assist contact tracing if ever needed.

If any member of your party shows symptoms of COVID19 between making the booking and travelling, please cancel your booking.  We shall make a full refund of all payments made to us up to 24 hours before the start of your visit for bookings made direct with us.

Illness at Hafannedd

If any member of your party shows symptoms of COVID19 on arrival at Hafannedd your party will be not be admitted to the accommodation.

Guests showing signs of a COVID19 whilst at Hafannedd are required to let us know and to leave immediately, go home and self-isolate.
