The minimum stay is 3 nights.

The table below shows both weekly and daily rates at different times of the year. If you opt for a 2 week stay, we're happy to give you a 10% discount off the overall price.

Loyalty rates apply for returning guests. Please reference this in your Enquiry Form.

If you would like to bring along a furry friend for some fabulous walks and family time, they are very welcome! We charge £20 per dog per visit - please provide more details when making your enquiry to stay and we'll be in touch.

Tariff for 2023:

1st February – 31st March - weekly £735 / daily £120 (minimum stay of 3 nights)

1st April – 30th June - weekly £796 / daily £130 (minimum stay of 3 nights)

1st July – 31st August – weekly £858 / daily £140 (minimum stay of 3 nights)

1st September – 31st October - weekly £796 / daily £130 (minimum stay of 3 nights)

1st November – 15th December - weekly £735 / daily £120 (minimum stay of 3 nights)

What's included in the price

The price quoted below includes:

Bed linen
Towels
Electricity
Heating
Wi-fi

Nikki and Barry provide a welcome pack of local free range eggs, Welsh butter, local milk, freshly baked bread from the local bakers', homemade preserve, Welsh cakes, tea and coffee, salt and pepper.

A large basket of logs for the wood-burning stoves is also provided (in the colder season).

The tariff is the same for the Mill or Cottage. Figures are in GB pounds sterling per unit per week (night).
