Terms and Conditions
Reservations should be made initially by e-mail or telephone and we then reserve your dates for five working days. To confirm your reservation please send a cheque for £100 per unit reserved; the balance is payable 4 weeks from the start of the let. If the letting date is within 4 weeks then the full cost must be paid immediately. Once your payment has been received we will confirm your booking by e-mail or by post. In the case of last minute bookings, the full balance is due on arrival at Hafannedd. If the booking is not confirmed within five days, the reservation will lapse.

Guests are requested to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition. Any substantial breakages or damage incurred during the letting will be charged to the guest. Please let us know immediately if damages occur.
Should you wish to cancel your booking please let us know in writing as soon as possible. In this event any fees/deposit will be refunded only if cancelled 8 weeks or more prior to the booking. If the cancellation is made less than 8 weeks prior to the letting dates the deposit/fees will be retained unless the accommodation is re-let in which case the deposit/fees will be refunded. We shall, of course, make reasonable efforts to re-let the accommodation. Guests booking for a week or more are recommended to insure against cancellation. If the property becomes unavailable on the date stated for example due to damage or other problems with the accommodation, your fee/deposit will be refunded in full.
Please inform us straight away if you have any problems so that we can act to put things right. Requests for compensation cannot be considered after the holiday.
Properties are available from 1500 on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 1030 on the day of departure. Excessive noise or other nuisance causing disturbance to other guests or neighbours will not be acceptable and may result in termination of the booking.
All accommodation is non-smoking. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all aspects of the property remain as advertised we cannot accept liability for items outside our control.
